Marketing and Engagement Specialist 

Haley is a born and raised Delawarean with a passion for helping others. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Wilmington University, complemented by a certificate in the Trauma-Informed Approach. As a member of multiple honor societies, she continues to contribute to their mission as an alumna. Since 2018, Haley has been a valuable member of the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Greater Delaware team, currently serving as the Marketing and Engagement Specialist. She thrives on connecting with families and making a positive impact on their lives.

In addition to her work at Ronald McDonald House Charities of Greater Delaware, Haley is a dedicated volunteer at Faithful Friends Animal Society, Walk to End Alzheimer’s – Wilmington, and serves as the Vice Chair of the Delaware Young Professionals Network. These roles allow her to contribute her time and expertise to causes she cares deeply about.

Outside of her professional career, Haley enjoys spending time with her friends and family, trying new restaurants, and reading. She currently lives in north Wilmington with her husband Ryan and their crazy cat, Ollie.
