Family Room Program Coordinator

The Family Room Program Coordinator will oversee the daily operations of the Ronald McDonald Family Room, hospitality cart and meal programs located at the Women and Children’s Center for Health at ChristianaCare’s Newark Campus, ensuring welcoming and supportive environment for families with infants receiving medical care in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. This role involves managing guest family relations, maintaining the space, coordinating volunteers and part-time staff, and serving as a liaison between hospital stakeholders and Ronald McDonald House Charities of Greater Delaware. While the main location for this role will be at the ChristianaCare location, the employee in this role will also train to be in the Ronald McDonald Family Room program located at Nemours Children’s Hospital, Delaware at least once per week and will work collaboratively with the Family Room Program Coordinator at the Nemours location.
