Katie is the Sr. Director of Capital One where she leads retail lease and asset portfolio strategy and execution teams for all branches and Capital One Cafes. She recently moved into this role, her
prior role she led customer/community engagement and food & beverage efforts for our banking business. The team was responsible for developing local strategies and initiatives,
planning and coordinating execution, and measuring and analyzing results within the cafes and the surrounding neighborhoods. These experiences consist of local marketing campaigns, events/activations, sponsorships, volunteerism, etc.

Prior to this, she held many positions at Capital One & ING Direct, such as Chief of Staff, Senior Manager, Financial Analysis LOB Finance at Capital One and Senior Financial Analyst for product P&Ls at ING DIRECT. Prior to joining ING DIRECT, Katie was a Senior Banking Officer of Finance for MBNA as well as a senior auditor at Arthur Andersen. Katie is actively involved in her community and volunteers her time to many nonprofits and local sports & activities.

Katie is a graduate of Widener University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Accounting and is a resident of Garnet Valley, PA, with her husband Fran and three children ages, 12, 11 & 7.
