Family Support Services Manager

Monica attended the University of Delaware and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Services. She joined Ronald McDonald House Charities of Greater Delaware as a Guest Services Coordinator in December of 2017 after being an intern in the spring and volunteering in the winter. Monica received her social work license in June of 2021 and is now the Family Support Services Manager.

Monica enjoys being able to work at a place that she has grown to know and love. She also enjoys spending her free time with friends and family. Monica was born and raised in Hesperia, California but currently lives in Wilmington, Delaware with her husband Miguel and daughter Camila.
