Stephanie Seitz is the Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) of Rockland Sports, LLC, a private equity company in Delaware engaged in the sporting and hospitality industry. She joined Rockland Sports in 2020 as the Controller and was promoted to CFO in 2021. In her role as CFO, she is responsible for a wide range of financial and administrative operations for the organization. Prior to joining Rockland Sports, Stephanie spent nine years working primarily for KPMG in their global professional service network. Recently she was named a 2024 Young Leader Award Winner by the Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs.
Stephanie graduated from Boston College (“BC”) with a Bachelor of Science in Management with concentrations in accounting and finance as well as a history minor. While at BC, she competed in the Atlantic Coast Conference (“ACC”) as a four-year member of the women’s Varsity Rowing team and earned ACC academic honors. After graduating, Stephanie passed the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) examination and received the CPA professional designation. Additionally, Stephanie continued her education by earning a Master of Accounting and Professional Consultancy and an MBA with specializations in Strategic Management and Marketing from Villanova University.
Stephanie, a Wilmington, Delaware native, is an active member of the community and organized and led numerous volunteer events while at KPMG. She served as President of the Boston College Alumni Association of Philadelphia Chapter from 2020 to 2022 and remains a member of the Chapter’s Board of Directors. Stephanie also participates in the Villanova University School of Business mentoring program. Stephanie is currently a member of the RMHC Golf Outing Event Committee.
In addition to volunteering, Stephanie enjoys golfing and running.
