Cindy Olsavsky, CFRE, has served as our Individual Giving Officer since 2023. Cindy has over 20 years of fundraising and professional non-profit experience throughout the Delaware Valley. She previously served as the Director of Development at Serviam Girls Academy, and in various development and leadership roles with Scouting America, formerly Boy Scouts of America. Cindy earned her Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) designation in 2021 and is a graduate of Queens College, City University of New York with a B.A. in English.

Cindy is a parent advocate for special needs education, supporter of inclusion, Eagles Autism Challenge Sensory Walk team captain, DE Down Syndrome Walk team captain, and board member of the Down Syndrome Association of Delaware. She enjoys reading, walking, and being outdoors. Cindy and her husband live in Wilmington, Delaware with their two kiddos. Their favorite activities include exploring local playgrounds, cheering for the Eagles, and spending time with family and friends.
